Role Description
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage our Endpoint management applications, ensuring all mobile devices and applications are secure and compliant, and configured to ensure an effective and efficient end-user experience.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Microsoft Endpoint suite, including Intune, Autopilot, Defender and Entra to deliver a secure workspace to our users on a variety of operating systems, platforms, and device types. This includes identity and access management, security and compliance policies, updates, and application management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tailored solutions are delivered in line with the needs of the business, proactively recommending new working practices and adhering to current best practices.

We are looking for a candidate with the following set of technical and soft skills, as both are essential to perform in this role.
An Endpoint engineer in the Enterprise Services product team will be managing and maintaining all aspects of the end-user devices, including (but not limited to) enrolment processes, policies and profiles, software and application management.
Working in a team of infrastructure specialists and engineers, the engineer builds, deploys, administers, supports and maintains solutions within a highly regulated industry.
The role covers all aspects of collaboration including email, file sharing, instant messaging and video calling, and is pivotal in providing a key functional requirement for the organization and our customers. Moreover, the engineer plays a critical role in securing the applications and data in line with organizational and industry standards.
They need to stay updated on the latest application capabilities and updates to recommend and implement improvements.
What you will deliver:
Product Development & Execution:
O Assist Product Owner and other team members in evaluating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
O Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between enabling teams (commercial, legal, supply chain, security) to ensure efficient product development and launch.
O Track product development progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies across the product line.
Product delivery, management, and ongoing development:
O Analyse performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on product offerings.
O Provide ongoing service management and operational support for the product and its users to meet performance targets and KPIs
