Purpose of Position
The Inflight Strategic Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing Passenger Service Plans, ensuring that high-value accounts receive consistent and tailored, exceptional inflight experiences. This role works closely with Flight Attendants, Owner Services, Flight Crew, Sales, NSR team and other key departments and stakeholders to ensure all trip details are covered, providing a personalized and seamless experience for Owners. The Specialist also ensures that Flight Attendants assigned to these trips are fully briefed and set up for success, maintaining the highest standards of service and attention to detail.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Passenger Experience & High-Value Account Management
•Oversees and manages Passenger Service Plans, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
•Ensures high-value accounts receive safe,personalized, tailored inflight experience.
•Works with Owner Services to guarantee all trip details are covered and special requests are fulfilled.
•Briefs assigned Flight Attendants on high-value trips, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet Owner expectations.
•Monitors and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and service delivery for Flight Attendants assigned to key accounts.
•Monitor and track account performance and ensure Owner retention by delivering on commitments and exceeding expectations.
Collect and provide feedback to Owner Services and Sales teams on Owners needs, and potential improvements.
Training & Development
•Guides and counsels Flight Attendants to ensure consistency in service delivery.
•Assists in the development and implementation of training programs focused on enhancing service for high-value accounts and large cabin flights.
•Provides ongoing feedback and support to Flight Attendants to enhance their ability to deliver tailored inflight experiences.
Oversight & Leadership
•Manages Flight Attendant assignments for high-value accounts to ensure team member coordination for the flights.
•Collaborates with internal departments, including Flight Operations and Owner Services, to proactively support updating and refining Owner profiles.
•Investigates and resolves inconsistencies in service delivery, implementing solutions to enhance the overall inflight experience.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives
•Works closely with Operations, Sales, and Scheduling teams to align service expectations with operational capabilities.
•Partners with Flight Operations and training vendors to ensure Flight Attendants are well-equipped to deliver world-class service.
•Provides insights and recommendations to improve the inflight experience for high-value Owners.
•Supports the Director of Large Cabin Services in strategic initiatives and communications related to key accounts.
