The role
- Raytheon Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Joint Adversarial Training & Testing Services (JATTS) Program located in the Shoalhaven region near Nowra NSW.
- Our team is diversely skilled and responsible for providing real world airborne simulation involving sophisticated EW system training, test, experimentation and evaluation trials, systems certification, radar jamming and deception, communications denial and deception and radar threat simulation to the Royal Australian Air Force, Royal Australian Navy and other Australian Defence assets.
- In this role you will contribute to the success of the JATTS program by supporting the team at the Nowra site
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries, inbound and outbound, ensuring delivery to the destination without delay.
- Sort, log and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring the appropriate person receives and is able to respond accordingly in a timely manner.
- Screen, receive and host customers and visitors ensuring they are extended excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Ensure meeting room resources are available and appropriately serviced at all times and assist staff with meeting room bookings.
- Process invoices and follow-up on completion of the process to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Provide support to management through the coordination of travel and expenses.
- Ensure kitchens, stationery, utilities, and general office resources are stocked and available at all times, and reorder as necessary.
- Assist with reporting and investigating incidents, facilitating site inductions, and training in line with the EHS Management Plan.
Skills, experience and qualifications
- High school, secondary school or equivalent education is required.
- Minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience required. A basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education, is required.
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
