Position TitleSenior Customer Service Officer, Cargo
Reports ToCargo Operation Executive .
Position SummaryThe position mainly functions as daily duty officer on 365/24 shift roster to ensure smooth airport cargo operations of 6x weekly freighters and 2-3x daily belly passenger flights.
Key Accountability- Handle all daily incoming messages/enquiries from various Ground Handling Agent/ HQ/ forwarders at Duty officer Desk/Hotlines.
- Provides services to import/export forwarders together with Ground Handling Agent Customer Services Representative Unit.
- Give instruction and monitoring Ground Handling Agent for the cargo build up.
- Gather and review all post flight documents for record keeping & prepare freighter report.
- Coordinate with Ground Handling Agent /Ramp Handling Agent for flight schedule changes or special handling required by Ground Handling Agent.
- Prepare Internal reports and update daily ULD stock record.
Qualifications - High school graduate.
- 1-2 years experiences in air cargo operation and handling
Area of Experience- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good in MS office applications
- knowledge in Cargo terminal warehouse/logistics management system will be advantageous.
