The Senior Analyst – Treasury Data Analytics will provide advanced analytical, automation, and data engineering support to the Treasury Operations team by managing large and complex financial datasets, developing scalable automation solutions, and building advanced reporting and analytics frameworks. This role will focus on leveraging modern data analytics technologies, automation platforms, and visualization tools to optimize treasury processes, enhance financial visibility, and enable data-driven decision making.The role will partner closely with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Data Engineering, and IT teams to design and implement scalable analytics solutions, automate operational workflows, and develop advanced dashboards and reporting infrastructure. The incumbent will work with large financial datasets across multiple systems and platforms to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual intervention across treasury processes.This role will play a key part in driving data-driven finance transformation and automation initiatives, supporting the transition of operational activities to the India Knowledge Center (IKC), while enabling the Houston Treasury team to focus on higher-value strategic activities.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data analytics, financial systems, automation frameworks, and business intelligence tools and will actively contribute to building scalable and automated analytics capabilities for Treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines, analytics workflows, and scalable automation solutions using Python, SQL, VBA, Power Automate, and RPA tools to drive efficiency across treasury operations.
• Manage and analyze large-scale treasury and financial datasets across enterprise systems to generate insights, identify trends, and enable data-driven decision making.
• Develop and implement automation frameworks to streamline treasury processes including cash application, receivables, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, advanced data models, and automated reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into KPIs and treasury performance.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and integration using SQL, ETL processes, and multiple financial systems (ERP, payment platforms, databases).
• Implement automated reconciliation, validation, and control frameworks to improve data accuracy, strengthen financial controls, and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, IT, Data) to drive centralized analytics, self-service solutions, and lead process improvement and digital transformation initiatives

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree
• 4+ years of experience in finance analytics, treasury operations, accounting analytics, or data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Quantitative discipline or other relevant field
• Strong experience working with large financial datasets, relational databases, and enterprise financial systems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience building automation solutions using VBA, scripting, or workflow automation platforms
• Strong understanding of data transformation, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
• Experience with automation frameworks including RPA tools, Power Automate workflows, or Python automation scripts
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex financial models
• Strong expertise in data analytics, financial data modeling, and automation-driven process improvement
• Advanced experience with SQL, Python, VBA, and Excel-based automation
• Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions
• Experience designing automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA tools, and scripting languages
• Experience building Power Apps applications to streamline operational workflows
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop scalable analytics and reporting frameworks
