Summary

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will provide technical support for the interline/codeshare channel, which encompasses upgrades, enhancements, setup, and configurations.

• Evaluate and gather business requirements for system enhancements.

• Oversee projects from initial conceptualization to post-implementation, ensuring ongoing lifecycle monitoring.

• Document and implement procedures for effective reporting, monitoring, testing, and acceptance.

• Handle day-to-day issues and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to design system solutions and workarounds for existing limitations.

• Address challenges that arise during routine operations by conducting a thorough analysis of available factual and qualitative information; propose and -develop optimal solutions to achieve essential business or operational objectives.

• Create and build a knowledge base for interline/codeshare operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong adaptability to change.

• Background in the airline industry. Strong knowledge of IATA Standards, Teletype, and Edifact messages.

• Experience with Navitaires Newskies Reservation System and GDS is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability for strong innovation and execution.

• Conceptual and intuitive thinker with a solid understanding of business and operational dynamics.

• Highly independent, intuitive, and self-sufficient.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Culturally aware, with the ability to establish collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
