Responsabilidades del puesto:

Apoyo en la organización de eventos de la empresa

Soporte con presentaciones mensuales y semanales

Soporte con mejoras de formatos internos de Excel

Logística de reuniones con las distintas áreas de la empresa

Apoyo general con visitas (Lista de visitantes, cafetería, etc.)

Ayuda con programas de comunicación internos y externos

Elaboración de comunicados al personal (Canva, PP, Adobe, etc.)

Creación de Forms en Office 365 para distintos objetivos

Requisitos básicos:

Estudiante en los últimos semestres, cuatrimestres en Lic. LAE, Contabilidad, Ing. Industrial, Inteligencia de Negocios, entre otras.

Experiencia o interés de aprender sobre la organización de eventos

Paquetería Microsoft Office 365

Canva intermedio
