What you need to be successful:
· Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering degrees may be considered equivalent. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
· At least 2 years of work experience in developing embedded software, including hardware and software integration. Aviation experience is preferred.
· C/C programming experience in a Linux development environment required
· Able to gain US Govt Clearance
· Skilled at using Git version control or other change management systems and capable of prioritizing development tasks effectively
· Familiarity in software DevSecOps processes preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative team mindset
· Excellent communicator, able to brief management, customers, and large groups while building effective relationships across teams and stakeholders
