Description: You will be the Engineering and Technology Laboratory Lead, responsible for managing and assigning skilled engineering technicians to support engineering efforts on multiple programs. What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering and Technology Laboratory Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as performance assessment, work assignments, and salary management. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical support is provided to all program areas, staying abreast of technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and assigning skilled engineering technicians to support engineering efforts

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or a minimum of 7 years equivalent experience/combined education or equivalent professional experience
- Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain Special Access Program Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with electronics/test equipment build processes, procurement, and fabrication
- Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management
- Experience managing and/or leading a multi-functional team in an electronics development, test, production, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with managing small teams and/or small team projects
- Experience in earned value management or basic budget and schedule management
- Experience performing proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation
- Experience in managing Flight Test Hardware, ordnance, GFE, Test Equipment, and materials

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
