  • Applying Lean Manufacturing concepts, validate that the suppliers flow the material and information/documentation together both internally and when completing deliveries to Raytheon. This applies for both new orders, new parts (FAI) and legacy parts.
  • Recommend process and design changes as well as Corrective Actions (CAs). Working with a cross-functional team, you will prioritize and assist with the implementation of such improvements and CAs.

  • Demonstrated planning and follow through experience (be able to create a roadmap linking metrics to actions and generating implementation plans).
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Former Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus.
  • Former Quality Engineering experience is a plus.
