The Boeing Company is looking for a Experienced Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our team based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with an alternate location of San Antonio, Texas.
As a part of the Estimating Organization, you will get opportunities to support any of our numerous platforms within our portfolio including Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C), Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), Bombers and Executive Transport.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and afterspanet support stages of the program
- Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices
- Evaluates requests for proposals, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals
- Develops estimating and pricing methods
- Evaluates and develops business cases
- Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
- Develops and maintains pricing models
- Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements
- Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals
- Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development, system/tool deployment and training delivery
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals
- Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- 3+ years of experience working with competing priorities
- 1+ years of experience and an estimating and pricing (or similar) role: building proposals, utilizing pricing systems, and knowledge of estimating and pricing tools and processes including familiarity with FAR, DFAR, and TINA requirements

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
