The Global Patriot, Middle East and Asia Portfolio within the Land & Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist in Cost Controls (P2). This role will support the company funded LTAMDS Integration into Patriot efforts, which will accelerate capabilities for Patriot partners who are looking to procure LTAMDS Radars. This program partners with the Global Patriot and LTAMDS SSBUs creating a dynamic and fast paced environment.
This fast-growing program office is working multiple strategic captures to enhance capabilities for our international customers. This position involves frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership, necessitating strong communication skills, as well as a robust understanding of financial performance management and processes.

This role is offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done at the Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA office. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Wil Do
Act as a business partner to the Patriot and LTAMDS Control Account Managers (CAM) and Engineering Business Analysts (EBA)
Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks
Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities
Coordinate and develop Latest Revised Estimates (LREs)
Establish a compliant performance management baseline
Provide financial planning & support for AOP, LRP, and monthly forecasts
Analyze program staffing levels
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field & 2 years related work experience
Experience with EVMS (or similar processes), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule)
Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM & AO), EDIT+ or a similar system
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
