Tasks
- Manage the supplier master data in accordance with the LHT standards and established processes
- Source prices on a single base and updates them in the SAP system when necessary
- Support the strategic purchasing unit by preparing various data / spanet analyses
- Reflect and documents content of corporate purchasing contracts into the corresponding IT tools
- Data mine from SAP system to create various reports
- Have responsibility concerning the data conformity of purchase orders
- Register suppliers in the LHT suppliers` portal
- Analyse goods receipt clarifications
- Have operative responsibility of the process oriented display concerning purchasing data as well as the respective data management

Requirements
- University degree in field relevant for the position or relevant job experience required
- Minimum 1,5 years relevant experience required
- Distinct knowledge of business administration processes
- Distinct knowledge of intra-company purchasing and material processes
- Business fluent language skill in English
- IT-Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Distinct cross-cultural competence
- Distinct analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability of decision making and self-initiative
- Readiness to take part in assignments abroad
