Plan and conduct audits based on the internal audit annual plan and ensure thorough documentation

Prepare audit reports and present audit findings to process owners

Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations

Contribute to the assessment of the internal control system and risk management

Take part in the preparation of the annual audit plan

Preferably up to 2 years of experience in internal audit or a similar role

Understanding of internal control principles, risk assessment and auditing concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

Excellent command of Latvian and English, both spoken and written

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

High level of integrity, trustworthiness and ethical conduct
