Tasks
The Ramp Automation team is working on ways to automate processes on the ramp. The focus is on technical innovations, currently in the three areas of passenger bridges, autonomous driving and baggage loading and unloading.
Your tasks will depend on current needs, priorities and your strengths and may include the following aspects:
- Collecting and analyzing data, as well as creating business cases and reports
- Knowledge management
- End-to-end process analysis, process optimization and redesign
- Conception and implementation of benchspans for innovative solutions
- Stakeholder management
- Design and implementation of an internal communication platform
- Collaboration with various LHG teams and departments
Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in economics, industrial engineering, aviation management or a comparable degree course (at least in the fourth semester of the degree course)
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- You have a strong interest in innovative solutions and operational issues
- You have a very high degree of initiative and independence
