Job Description:

Join a pioneering aerospace team, where your programming expertise will directly contribute to spaceflight. As a CNC Programmer III, you'll be at the forefront of machining innovation—developing and refining complex NC programs for multi-axis mills, lathes, and vertical turning lathes. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, machinists, and manufacturing specialists to ensure high-precision components are delivered to spec and ready for launch. From toolpath creation to set-up documentation, your attention to detail will be vital to the production of flight-critical hardware made from challenging materials like Inconel and aerospace-grade aluminum.

We’re looking for a skilled programmer with at least five years of experience in CNC programming and a passion for pushing the boundaries of manufacturing. In this role, you’ll do more than just write code—you’ll design fixtures, optimize cutting strategies, and provide DFMA insights that enhance manufacturability and repeatability. If you're fluent in GD&T, experienced with MasterCam or NX, and thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions support space missions, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary. Compensation: $50.00/hr
