Schedule: Monday–Friday Must be available for both 1st and 2nd shifts
Pay Rate: $22.53 – $31.54/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Fabrication Specialist to support complex aircraft and avionics projects. You’ll work hands-on with metal and composite components, ensuring precision and quality in every part that supports the future of flight.
What You’ll Be DoingPerform metal and composite assembly, including drilling, fastening, sealing, and bonding
Set up and operate fabrication machines and tools for welding, machining, and tube bending
Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components
Conduct soldering on electronic/avionics products and install wire harnesses
Prepare and apply coatings for corrosion protection and finish appearance
Work from established drawings and technical documentation on moderately complex articles
Remain onsite full-time, ensuring alignment with team and production objectives
What You’ll Need to SucceedRequired Qualifications:
At least 3 months of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or fabrication
Willingness to work either 1st or 2nd shift as needed
Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing)
Reliable attendance and onsite presence are essential
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of hands-on experience or equivalent education/training
Familiarity with Lean Principles (5S, Standard Work, Continuous Improvement)
Experience tracking safety, quality, or manufacturing performance data

Pay Details: $22.53 to $31.54 per hour
