Raytheon is currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to support the Surveillance Radar Program (SRP) operation in Taiwan, primarily working at the program’s warehouse in Taoyuan. In this role, the inventory specialist will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of inventory. The candidate will support inventory management which includes reporting, analysis, reconciling and resolving issues with data. This individual will be responsible for processing documentation and shipping/receiving commercial and government owned assets. The ideal candidate would also have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting large, phased array radars.
What You Will Do
- Inventory management
- Ensure logistics activities comply with required regulations and safety standards
- Communicate inventory control policies and procedures to external and internal auditors
- Identify and manage continuous improvement projects regarding inventory management.
- Tracking calibration of all test equipment
- Disposal of equipment as designated by the contract
- Transportation and/or shipping of various material throughout the island
- Responsible for consumable management
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize logistics data to identify and resolve issues, and make informed data driven decisions
- Work additional hours and occasional Saturdays
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience working within a team environment
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with Raytheon’s Automated Logistics Control System, (ALCS) tool
- Experience in Import/Export Compliance
- Experience as a radar engineer/technician
- Experience reading and understanding design drawings, specifications, and vendor technical documentation
- The ideal candidate will possess experience in troubleshooting radar hardware to determine corrective actions to restore radar systems to an operational state in accordance with product and customer specifications.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years’ experience or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
