JOB TITLE: Material Handler - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Trumbull, CT
PAY RATE: Up to $23.75/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.

Performs a variety of warehouse tasks, including shipping and receiving, under specific direction.

Load and unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, machines, and trucks manually or with equipment

Open containers using hand tools; count, weigh, and record materials

Transport materials using hand trucks, forklifts, dollies, elevators, or similar devices

Stack or assemble materials and supplies as needed

Assist machine operators by lifting heavy objects manually or with a hoist

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience required

Must be able to read and write in English

Forklift experience is a plus

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
