We are seeking a Multi‑Process Operator to support aviation manufacturing operations through metal finishing and forming processes. This role involves grinding, sanding, and deburring sheet metal parts used in aviation applications, with opportunities to learn and operate roll form, hydroform, and press brake machines. This is a hands‑on position with strong growth potential in aerospace manufacturing.

• Grind, sand, and deburr sheet metal and formed metal components to meet aviation quality standards
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections from metal parts
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications, tolerances, and workmanship standards
• Learn to set up and operate roll forming, hydroforming, and press brake equipment under supervision
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and shop travelers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and aerospace quality requirements

• Ability to work with sheet metal parts and handheld power tools preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple forming processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Prior manufacturing, fabrication, or metal finishing experience is a plus (entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
