What You’ll DoAs an A&P Mechanic, you will be at the heart of keeping our aircraft airworthy and mission-ready. Your responsibilities will include:
Installing kits and systems on new helicopters (ACs, rescue hoists, FAST rope systems, etc.)
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframe and engine systems
Removing and replacing engines and major components
Conducting sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications
Troubleshooting and solving mechanical and structural issues
Reading and interpreting blueprints, manuals, and installation instructions
Mentoring junior mechanics and collaborating with the team to meet tight deadlines
Supporting flight test duties and performing post-maintenance evaluations
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial helicopter maintenance
Prior experience working on helicopters
Familiarity with FAA 145 Repair Station procedures
Strong ability in airframe and engine maintenance, fabrication, and repair
Own or purchase necessary tools for the job
Comfortable working in physical environments that require standing, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Preferred Experience:
Installation of specialized kits and components
Fabrication of avionics mounting provisions
Prior leadership or mentoring experience

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
