Aircraft Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic responsible for assembling aircraft and managing the mechanical aspects of option installations. The role involves conducting ground or flight tests, inspecting, and maintaining both company and customer-owned aircraft. You must adhere to appropriate maintenance practices, ensuring compliance with all Transport Canada and AHCA Standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble aircraft and manage mechanical installations.
- Conduct ground and flight tests.
- Inspect and maintain both company and customer-owned aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and AHCA Standards.
- Work collaboratively with a team of mechanics and avionics workers.
Essential Skills
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with helicopter models such as H125, AS350, R44, Bell 206.
- M1 or M2 license.
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft mechanics.

Work Environment
Work on aircraft completions, specifically helicopters, from start to finish alongside 4-7 other mechanics and avionics workers. Engage in test flights with pilots and collaborate with a diverse range of customers. Enjoy a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option to work extended hours. This ongoing contract offers stability and the opportunity for overtime.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Erie, Ontario.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Toronto,ON.
