A well‑established aviation maintenance organization is hiring A&P Mechanics to support a busy line maintenance operation in Miami. The team is open to candidates with experience on any airframe, with Boeing or Airbus exposure considered a plus—but not required.

This role is ideal for mechanics who want a straightforward process, quick hiring decisions, and a clear runway to start.

• Valid FAA A&P license
• Maintenance experience on any aircraft type (commercial, corporate, or mixed fleets)
• Boeing and/or Airbus experience preferred, not required
• Willingness to work an open shift (specifics discussed during the process)
• Ability to function in a fast‑paced line maintenance environment
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Offers extended within 1 week of formal candidate submission
• Targeted start dates: early to mid‑April

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
