Ridgeline Aviation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Maintenance to
oversee all maintenance operations. This leadership role ensures compliance with FAA regulations
while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aircraft maintenance operations and personnel
• Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
• Develop and manage maintenance programs and schedules
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in accordance with FAA requirements
• Coordinate with flight operations to ensure aircraft availability
• Manage vendor relationships and maintenance budgets

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred
• Previous Director of Maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 91/135 as applicable
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must meet applicable FAA requirements for Director of Maintenance under 14 CFR Part 119 and
  Part 135, including demonstrating appropriate experience, knowledge, and ability to manage
  maintenance operations
