This role will support production, development/prototype assemblies and products within the Advanced Product Center (APC) at the McKinney, TX site. The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment. A successful candidate would be able to accomplish daily work tasks with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
Manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to perform and inspect work
Sit and stand for prolonged period
Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances in FOS, and perform rework
Communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work assignments
Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications
Read and interpret engineering drawings
*1st Shift Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM onsite.*
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industry

Qualifications We Prefer
Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards is highly desired
Microelectronic assembly experience
Strong safety focus
Positive attitude and teaming skills needed
Hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail
