We are hiring a Business Manager for our wheels and brakes maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility, Goodrich Asia Pacific Limited, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. The Business Manager plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the site, coordinating business processes, managing vendor relationships, and driving employee engagement efforts. This position supports both strategic and tactical initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals while maintaining smooth internal operations.

What You Will Do

Office Administration

• Plan and coordinate team events and employee engagement activities.
• Manage employee shuttle bus program and on-site services.
• Coordinate customer, regulatory, and intercompany visits to the facility.
• Provide administrative support for leadership, team initiatives, and site-level projects.
• Handle HR systems updates related to staffing and role changes.
• Oversee payroll coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, and other hiring related processes.
• Manage new hire badge setup and orientation logistics.
• Monitor attendance and ensure accurate tracking and reporting, including trend analysis and reporting to leaders.
• Oversee relationships with HR & Admin service vendors to ensure performance aligns with expectations, coordinate contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or delegated representatives.

Business Partnership

• Facilitate listening sessions and feedback forums to promote a positive work environment.
• Communicate internal updates and manage the collection and distribution of team feedback.
• Support employee development programs and team training coordination.
• Partner with leaders to identify mentorship opportunities and professional growth paths for team members.
• Support a variety of basic reporting and analysis needs to aid in operational decisions and project execution.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the U.S.-based Global MRO network to ensure alignment with company-wide policies.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with processing and validating payroll data. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the right to work in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
• Must be able to speak Cantonese and English

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., Workday)
• Prior experience in the aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners across cultures and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and support talent development initiatives.
