TasksThe ideal Head of USM Trade Program Management must fulfill the following requirements:
- Define, develop and implement the USM trade program strategy, based on the global LHT Group trade strategy and in alignment with all relevant product segments, subsidiary operations and commercials goals
- Manage and motivate employees and create spirit within own team
- Drive industry co-operations and supplier partnerships
- Actively engage with asset owners and USM spanet players to secure access to USM through consignment and purchasing solutions
- Acquire and develop customers and suppliers, aiming for long-term growth of revenue and profits as well as cash flow for the LHT Group
- Build sustainable and long-term relationships with decision makers of customers and suppliers

RequirementsTo thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in Component USM Business in a managerial position required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and Spanish language desirable
- Knowledge in Aviation MRO / Sales / Accounting / Customer Service / Material Management required
- FS Seminars required
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills, AVSight or Quantum as expert
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent cost consciousness
- Excellent innovation
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Responsible of budget, costs and revenue
- Willingness to travel
