Your tasks and responsibilities
Getting to know the company structure and organization and the purchasing function
Processing orders within the space parameter
Evaluating offers
Order processing with SAP and mySupply after training
Order monitoring
Conducting Vendor approval process
Learning and performing procurement reporting
Monitoring and maintaining export control data
Desired skills and qualifications
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Adminstratons, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
The ability to listen, understand and communicate information
The desire to work in a collaborative environment
An strong interest in procurement
A strong interest in developing yourself
working with SAP, MySupply, Google workspace, Microsoft Office
Enjoy working in a transnational environment
Fluent in English
