Summary
The purpose of this role focuses on Network Management & the Operations, Performance & OKRs and all ops related matters between SIN Hub and stations in the network. You will be part of the Ground Department and will work closely with appointed vendors as well as airport authorities and Scoot HQ to effectively manage and handle all operations to ensure smooth airport operations for Scoot.
Responsibilities
(a) Network Management & Operations
- Develop and plan for future readiness for network growth.
- Develop and plan for network support within the AOMs.
- Support and implement the commercial plan for revenue competitiveness.
- Oversight on operational processes and propose areas of improvement at the station level to achieve regulatory compliance, safety and security standards, customer service standards, cost efficiencies and sustainability through digitalisation and streamlining of work processes.
- Build relationships with overseas service partners and agencies to ensure operation efficiency & effectiveness output for passengers and cargo.
- Support the requirements for overseas stations and SIN Hub operations
- Support the transfer and transit operational grownth and a seamless customer experience
- To explore opportunities to maximise productivity from our service partners
(b) Stations Performance & OKRs
- Build short, medium and long term OKRs for the AOMs in line with overall management goals.
- Track and monitor delivery against the SGHA
- Monitor the station operational performance against SLA with service partners
- Station audits in preparation of CAAS/Foreign CAA regulatory audits for passenger/Cargo/DG/Safety and Security related
- Convey corporate OKRs and purpose to the SIN Hub team including CSAT Performance targets, Safety Performance, First-wave departure OTP, Operational OTP
(c) Operations related matters
- Oversight on timeline and direction of projects related to new station starts up, station resumption, network planning or relevant overseas projects.
(d) Projects related to network operations
- Manage, oversee and lead the daily operations across (a) functional teams and (b) cross function level for Inter-Department (TR) and External Department (CIQ, vendors)
(e) Team Management
- Lead, manage and provide leadership guidance to the AOMs team
- Providing growth to the team and ensuring optimal efficiency on the ground
(f) Any other roles assigned by SMGO/HOD/ Senior Management
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of Airport Operations experience in leading a team.
- Build strong relationships and provide regular and irregular ops plans for Network.
- Possess strong people management skill at all level in order to lead the AOMs and service partners.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people from all levels
- Ability and discipline to function independently at the highest level with minimal guidance. Quick to adopt and adapt to changes
- Embraces digitalisation and forward planning.
- High problem solving skills based on a knowledge based approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence the team to achieve the best outcome for the company in support of management objectives.
- Background from airline with people management or planning role would be advantageous. - Experience in IOSA handling
