Essential Responsibilities:

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Read, understand, and execute detailed work instructions; contribute inputs and feedback on the definition of new and existing processes

• Accurately execute the requirements of well-defined and more ambiguous tasks: hand placement of composite material patterns over custom molds, precision tools, or composite work pieces, usage of hand tools to trim, cut, or grind composite components

• Understand and operate composite material molding and processing equipment

• Maintain and clean composite product tooling

• Accurately complete paperwork and system transactions to ensure composite component traceability

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associates degree or a high school diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution

Desired Characteristics:

• Ability to read and follow manuals and inspection methods

• Excellent verbal communication skills
