At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for a hands-on Production Cell Leader to guide a skilled team in the assembly and production of high-quality circuit boards for a global industry leader. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product excellence and workflow efficiency in our cutting-edge facility in Maple Grove, MN.
What You’ll Do:
In this key leadership role, you’ll ensure that your production cell runs smoothly and delivers top-tier output. Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding a team in the manual and automated assembly of circuit boards
Monitoring quality and output while driving continuous improvement
Leading production meetings and reporting cell performance data
Troubleshooting problems and facilitating solutions on the production line
Overseeing new team member training and ensuring consistent processes
Operating soldering and test equipment with precision
Maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and workflow
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing
Strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills
Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and documentation systems
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, operate machinery, and lift materials
Preferred:
Certification in soldering or related assembly techniques
Familiarity with SMT processing systems and quality standards
Previous experience guiding or mentoring others on the production floor

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
