We will entrust you toLead OPS projects by working closely with business departments to set priorities, ensure smooth implementation, and manage any dependencies between projects
Build and maintain successful relationships with key users and business stakeholders
Lead and mentor the project team, fostering productivity, collaboration, and overall well-being
Assess resource requirements to ensure seamless project execution and business process continuity
Identify opportunities for improvement in both system functionality and business processes
Collaborate effectively with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of agreed products and services; stay updated on new offers and technologies
What you will need to succeedMinimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a managerial position or overseeing cross-functional Project Teams
University degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Good knowledge of Jira and MS Sharepoint, including project coordination and documentation management
Results-oriented personality with ability to keep the team on track in a dynamic and changing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively across all organizational levels
