Tasks
- Guiding and coaching scrum/agile teams, product owners and agility masters (m/f/d) to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency and teamwork
- Recognizing and removing obstacles through direct intervention and empowering teams to solve their own problems
- Promoting communication, self-organization, and cross-functionality within and across teams through training, a strong feedback culture, and targeted team development
- Creating transparency around goals, rules, progress, and team maturity by using metrics and helping teams focus on delivering high-quality product increments aligned with the Definition of Done
- Building a trusting, fear-free environment in which problems can be addressed openly and improvements can be driven forward together
- Supporting the organizational development and scaling of agile methods, including accompanying change processes and taking on special tasks

Requirements
You will confidently guide up to three Scrum/agile teams through agile processes and ideally bring coaching experience to the table. Together with other Senior Scrum/Agility Masters (f/m/d), you will contribute to scaling agile methodologies across an organization with more than 10 teams.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification combined with professional experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach with in-depth practical knowledge (e.g. backlog management, user stories, DevSecOps), ideally with SAFe certification
- Solid understanding of agile software development and related disciplines (e.g. business analysis, test management)
- Strong team player with experience in conflict resolution and crisis management
- Leadership experience, sense of responsibility and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong ability to drive change
- Fluency in German and English, with a high level of intercultural competence
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
