As a Sr Manager – HR Transformation, you will lead the execution of key HR transformation initiatives that modernize how the business plans, deploys, and develops its workforce. This role focuses on translating HR and business strategy into scalable solutions, disciplined operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with HR leaders, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to improve workforce planning, decision quality, and leader experience.
You will report to the VP Strategy & Transformation and work in a hybrid capacity based in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Execute HR Transformation Initiatives
- Lead defined HR transformation workstreams from concept through implementation, adoption, and sustainment.
- Translate enterprise and functional HR strategies into practical, repeatable processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, digitize, automate, or redesign HR work to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
Workforce Planning & Analytics Enablement
- Support strategic workforce planning by aligning skills, headcount, and labor cost assumptions to business priorities.
- Partner with Finance and HR teams to connect workforce planning to annual operating plans and forecast cycles.
- Leverage analytics and dashboards to surface workforce trends, risks, and tradeoffs for leaders.
- Convert workforce insights into clear recommendations and actions (e.g., build, buy, borrow, bot).
Operating Discipline & Governance
- Help design and deploy management operating system (MOS) elements, including KPIs, governance forums, standard work, and documentation.
- Establish clear roles, decision rights, and change management approaches for transformation initiatives.
- Track progress, benefits realization, and adoption metrics to ensure sustained impact.
Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
- Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, and digital teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
- Communicate clearly with senior and mid‑level leaders, translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
- Influence without direct authority by building strong relationships, credibility, and shared accountability.
Capability Building
- Develop toolkits, playbooks, and guidance that strengthen HR capability in workforce planning, analytics, and operating cadence.
- Support learning and enablement efforts to improve consistency and proficiency across HR teams.

- HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence
- Finance (labor cost, productivity, and forecasting alignment)

Qualifications
You Must Have
- 8+ years of experience in HR, HR transformation, workforce planning, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, and HR operating models.
- Experience leading or managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Proven capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
