Job Description:

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Account and customer service management 
  • Calculate and prepare repair quotes 
  • Upselling for next business from existing customers 
  • Be in contact with customers to align specific demands 
  • Create and manage account reports as well as develop KPIs 
  • Grow Customers accounts 
  • Support budgeting and customer revenue development 
  • Analyze and perform profit and cost evaluation 
  • Identify potential improvements and initiate benchspaning for profit optimization 
  • Determine key profit targets; perform variance analysis, and align with Key Customers requirements 
  • Ensure contracted service performance, identify improvements and cost reduction potentials 
  • Ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty 
  • Anticipate special customer requests and participating in Projects
  • Technical explanations about aircraft parts
  • Understand technical evaluation of damages
  • Understand technical evaluation of assets

Requirements

The ideal Technical Account Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • Practical experience in Account Management, preferably of aviation products 
  • Knowledge in composite parts and/or other comparable aviation products 
  • Vast knowledge and understanding of the regional business and aviation culture 
  • Ideally possess concrete networks in the Middle East spanet 
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving abilities 
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills 
  • Able to demonstrate strong research and organizational skills 
  • Team player with a collaborative and strategic mindset 
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels 
  • Proactive and innovative 
  • Willing to travelling abroad 
  • Fluent in English extra language added advantage 
  • IT proficiency esp. MS Office 
  • Practical experience in Engineering, preferably with aviation products (e.g., as an inspector, certifying mechanic, or similar roles)
