Descriptif des missions proposées:
Au coeur de la Direction Générale d’ATR, vous travaillerez aux côtés de l’Assistante de Direction sur des missions spécifiques qui vous offriront l’opportunité d’interfacer à la fois avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes. Vous serez avant tout au contact de l’équipe dirigeante d’ATR. Vous mesurerez tout l’intérêt du rôle d’Assistante de Direction et apprendrez, par étape, les clés du métier auprès d’équipes expérimentées et investies.

Ci-après un résumé des missions qui vous seront confiées:
 Gestion d’agendas
 Coordination de réunions internes et externes (de la réservation de salles à la

commande de prestations en passant par les demandes d’accès au site pour les visiteurs externes)
 Accueil de visiteurs
 Organisation et suivi de déplacements (réservation de billets d’avion, d’hôtel, déclaration des dépenses engagées et suivi des notes de frais)
 Aide à la rédaction de correspondances internes et externes (mémorandum, notes d’organisation et courriers), suivi des signatures et de l’archivage
 Création et suivi de demandes d’intervention faites à l’attention des moyens généraux et des équipes informatiques afin de s’assurer du bon fonctionnement de l’étage de direction
Ce stage est fait pour vous :
 BTS Support à l’action managériale
 Connaissance des outils Microsoft (Outlook, Teams et pack Office incluant Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
 Compétences organisationnelles et sens de la communication (à l’oral comme à l’écrit)
 Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais requis
 Rigueur (attention au détail), discrétion et respect de la confidentialité sont des qualités indispensables

Detailed description of the mission
At the heart of ATR&39;s CEO Office, you will work in close collaboration with the Assistant on specific missions which will give you the opportunity to interface with both internal and external interlocutors. Above all, you will be in contact with the ATR’s Management Team. You will measure all the interest of the role of Assistant to CEO and learn, step by step, how to successfully achieve key tasks with the support of experienced and committed teams. Below is a summary of the missions that will be entrusted to you.
 Management of diaries
 Coordination of internal and external meetings (including booking of meeting rooms, orders of catering services, requests for access to the site for external visitors)
 Welcome of visitors
 Organization and follow-up of travels (booking of flight tickets, hotels, prepare and follow up expenses claims)
 Support in drafting both internal and external correspondence (memorandum, organisation notices and letters), follow-up of signatures and archiving tasks
 Creation and follow-up of requests dedicated to Facility Management and IT teams to keep the CEO’s Office running smoothly
This internship is designed for you
 2-year diploma / BTS Support à l’action managériale
 Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
 Organisational skills, good oral and written communication abilities
 Fluency in French and good level in English
 Rigour (attention to detail), discretion and respect of confidentiality are essential qualities
