ABOUT THE JOB 

• Youll implement accommodation sourcing plans for your assigned Hotel Partner portfolio, incorporating different methods like wholesale, bed banks, and channel managers in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure a competitive and profitable portfolio. 

• Negotiating and securing contracts with hotel accommodation partners is key, as youll obtain optimal commercial terms, pricing structures, and allocation commitments that meet business requirements and customer expectations. 

• Monitoring and analyzing spanet trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will help you identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and optimization. 

• Working closely with relevant stakeholders such as Product and Revenue teams ensures alignment between sourcing activities and broader commercial and operational requirements. 

• Youll build and maintain effective relationships with accommodation partners to facilitate successful negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure contract compliance. 

• Cooperating with the Revenue team with offers and availability escalation associated with the Hotel Partners in your destination will help us maximize our hotel occupancy and bed to seats position as required. 

ABOUT YOU 

• You have proven experience in accommodation sourcing, contracting, or purchasing within the travel and tourism industry. 

• Your ability to negotiate effectively with accommodation partners delivers favorable terms and strong commercial results. 

• You possess good commercial acumen with the ability to structure deals that balance risk and opportunity and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• You have working knowledge of accommodation spanet dynamics, including pricing models, distribution channels, and contracting approaches. 

• Your analytical skills allow you to interpret spanet data and financial information to inform decision-making, and youre proficient in MS Office (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). 

• Youre business fluent in English and willing to travel regularly within assigned destinations (approx 25)
