Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift Friday Sunday, 5:00 AM 5:30 PM
Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.
Use microscopes, hand tools (tweezers, cutters, rulers), and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).
Work with components ranging from microscopic to large-scale, sometimes requiring magnification.
Perform basic testing using measuring instruments and electronic test equipment.
Maintain accurate production data and collaborate on process improvements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer proficiency for navigating digital systems.
Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
Knowledge of ESD procedures and basic test equipment.
Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.
Experience in microelectronics or electrical assembly preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
