• You have successfully completed a university/masters degree in the field of economics, tourism
• You have many years of relevant professional experience in the aviation industry and in the ground operations area of an airline in your hand luggage
• You have already familiarized yourself with various areas of airline operations
• Digitalization is a constant companion for you and you have a very good understanding of the IT processes of an airline, especially with regard to passenger and aircraft handling
• Thanks to your leadership experience, you know how to motivate your team even in stressful times
• Internationality is a matter of course for you - you communicate business fluently in both German and English
