Position Summary
The role will focus on providing solution architecture across IT infrastructure operations, aligning with all teams within the department (Private Cloud / Directory Services / Backup & Recovery / DR Coordination). Collaborating with other IT infrastructure teams and divisional IT functions to provide guidance and standards for relevant solutions. There is a focus on forming and delivering strategies to enable capabilities and meet business goals.

- Technical Expertise: Proficient in solution design with a strong understanding of technical architecture and system analysis across multiple domains.
- Technology Background: Proven experience in technology roles, supported by relevant academic qualifications and hands-on experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
- Passion for Learning: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to expanding knowledge of current and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing global environment.
- Collaboration and influencing skills working effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders.
- Proven IT analytical and troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail.
- Experience of development lifecycle and of formal approaches to development (Agile, MSF), project management (Prince II, PMP) and service management (ITIL).
- TOGAF certified or with significant architecture experience at a strategic level.
- Bachelors degree in IT/computer science (or related area) required.
- Significant experience within the Information Technology industry required -10+
- Enthusiasm about driving IT transformation.
