Tasks
- Provide project leadership, expertise, guidance, coaching and support to the organization in establishing and maintaining a winning culture of Continuous Improvement
- Lead Continuous Improvement Process in developing, implementing, sustaining and continuously improving processes and strategies
- Lead and support business development initiatives and projects
- Lead Structured Problem Solving and bottleneck elimination in the organization
- Facilitate the strategic planning process for the Program Architecture - developing programs that balance lean transformation requirements, operational needs and improvement
- Lead and support various projects on local and network level
- Promote and contribute for effective best practices exchange within Lufthansa Technik networ

Requirements
- Master degree in relevant area (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, finance)
- At least 3 years experience in project management, change management, process improvement, business development
- A track record of leading successful Change Management, large-scale Process Improvement/Transformation/Business development projects
- Strong analytical skills and data driven approach
- Experience with digital platforms and IT change management would be an advantage (SAP, JIRA, different BI and reporting software)
- Experience with 3D printing (considered as an advantage)
- Good facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to shift readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details
