Seeking Associate Machinists in Fort Collins, CO!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a limited number of machine types in an industrial setting. This role requires working under a high level of supervision with limited troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain assigned machine types.
- Document non-conforming material according to procedures.
- Participate in activities to implement root cause and corrective actions.
- Utilize work instructions and method documents to produce and inspect machine parts.
- Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments and test equipment.
- Inspect parts for cleanliness, including routed and deburring operations.
- Operate inspection equipment.
- Perform routed operations of parts.
- Follow all departmental safety rules and regulations.
- Deburr parts as required.
Essential Skills- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and method documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 6+ months of production or assembly experience.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
