Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + 10 Shift Differential

As a key player in our testing operations, you’ll ensure that cutting-edge electronic and mechanical components meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:Perform functional testing using established procedures tailored to each part.
Monitor test processes, record accurate data, and maintain test equipment.
Document outcomes, noting acceptance or failure according to specifications.
Use electronic/manual test tools, hand/machine tools, and measuring devices proficiently.
Load and unload electronic equipment into test beds safely and effectively.
Participate in quality systems compliance and continuous improvement (ACE).
Operate within production schedules and meet internal/external deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and hazardous waste handling procedures.
Use computer tools like SAP to follow instructions and log results.
Train peers on technical tasks as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process or production issues.
Operate thermal chambers and vibratory tables.
Troubleshooting to the component level is a plus, but not required.
What You Bring:Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and mechanical devices.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and document test results.
Familiarity with production scheduling and quality assurance systems.
Computer literacy, especially with tools like SAP.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
