The right candidate will hold final responsibility to ensure aircraft are operated in a safe, compliant and efficient manner and will comply with all company and regulatory requirements all while delivering an exceptional service experience.
This is accomplished through:
- Maintaining all required FAA licenses and certifications
- Compliance with our professional ongoing education program
- Proactive, professional verbal and written communication
- Active participation within the Safety Management System
- Engaging in aviation developments and regulatory changes that impact our flight operations.
- Participation in the ongoing development of operational and administrative policies to ensure alignment of company policies and procedures with ISBAO, FAA and International aviation guidelines
- Coordination of aircraft maintenance requirements with the DOM and DOA as necessary
- Ensuring all flight operations are conducted in a manner reflective of EXCOLO’s General Operations Manual, Company Policies and Procedures, and in accordance of applicable Governmental Regulations
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers, crew and aircraft
- Accurate completion of required flight documentation
- Attention to detail of aircraft presentation and preparedness
- Participation in pre and post flight cabin / galley preparation
- Thoughtful planning of flights to ensure safe and efficient fulfillment of our passengers’ trip requests
- Participation in our operational process improvement ensuring continual improvement of our service delivery
