As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in Honeywell Hospitality. Your responsibilities will include calling on new and existing Hospitality industry accounts, executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in Security & Access Solutions, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), solution-based sales, account management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking will directly impact the companys sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership in the Hospitality industry.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth in your assigned region, contributing to the companys financial success, and strengthening existing and new customer relationships. Your ability to execute the companys sales strategies, secure new business, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the Hospitality industry and drive the companys growth and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quota and other key performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership

COMPENSATION:
The Salary range for this position is $85K - 95K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
